An Introductory Meditation Course
This meditation course is designed to give you the tools you need to deepen your practice and expand your knowledge. This course comes with 3 meditations, 2 videos explaining the chakras and the "whys" of meditation, a chakra guide, reflections for each meditation, and what to say to energetically protect yourself.
Your Instructor
Haley is a Golden Light Intuitive who has been studying various aspects of meditation, intuition, and spirituality since the age of 8 years old.
Throughout her childhood and young adult life, she continued learning about meditation, utilizing her intuition, the chakras, angels, gods, goddesses, Ascended Masters, and more! At 16, she became a Reiki Master.
Over time, she realized how powerful it is to tap into our intuition. She has now devoted her life to helping others discover just how magical they through her readings, podcast, coaching, speaking. She has also hosted and led events for companies such as Google and Youtube. Because once we realize just how powerful we are, we will change the world.
